What we look for
The right place, the right partner.
Locations
Asir and priority tourism regions: sites linked to visitor traffic, with road access and utilities.
Land and asset types
Residential, commercial, mixed-use, fuel stations, warehousing and logistics, existing operating assets, and development land.
Ownership
Clear title. We request the deed, survey, and planning information during review. These are never published.
Operators
Local operators for small and mid-size facilities; institutional operators and major brands for larger projects.

Every submission gets a reference number, and we update you at every stage and on the next step.
