Our story

Virdara’s founders began working together in 2022, after seeing something firsthand: Saudi Arabia’s new destinations were attracting visitors faster than the places that serve them, and few local developers were building those places with care. In 2026, they launched Virdara Investments to take that experience to its next stage.

Virdara Investments is a Saudi company that develops and operates real estate across four lines: residential, fuel station, logistics, and commercial development. We focus on locations still taking shape and turn them into places people use every day.

Our work centers on the Kingdom’s priority regions under Vision 2030, starting with Asir.
